Quickly and efficiently remove the shell and devein raw shrimp with one movement. With a little practice, you will be able to clean and peel large amounts of shrimp in short order. Simply remove the head (if still attached), hold the shrimp legs down in one hand with the body opening towards the tool, insert the tip into the vein and push the zipper along the back in one motion. The zipper should follow the curvature of the shrimps back and exit through the tail. The force will pull the shell away from the meat and remove the vein along the back. Remove the shell and rinse with water if parts of the vein remain.
